IRMA's Project ARM is looking for interested African advocates, scientists and other colleagues - and global allies - who are interested in ensuring that rectal microbicide research and advocacy is prioritized in Africa. We will be working on the 7 priority actions outlined in the new report mentioned above.
ACTION STEPS
- Please send an introductory email to rectalmicro@gmail.com - and we will send you an invite to join the Project ARM Google Group. The group is currently comprised of those individuals who participated in the 2-day strategy meeting we held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia this past December - about 40 folks right now.
- In your introductory note, please tell us a few things about yourself - Who are you? Where do you work? Why are you interested in helping with Project ARM?
- Please note that you will need to have a Google account to be part of the Project ARM Google Group. You don't need a Google email address, but you do need to sign up for a Google account. Without a Google account, you can't access the group
IRMA is VERY EXCITED about moving the Project ARM agenda forward - and we all look forward to embracing a bunch of new, smart, savvy, and marvelous new blood to help us do that.
